Jon Tester: The Right Prescription for Montana

The Great Falls Tribune’s Gwen Florio wrote a quick piece on Jon’s promotional item at the Mansfield-Metcalf dinner.

From the article:

Tables featured prescription-style bottles of M&Ms from U.S. Senate candidate Jon Tester, who backed a prescription drug bill in the 2005 session. Tester also put an item in the silent auction ??? a campaign poster from the Pearl Jam fundraiser he held last summer, signed by the members of the band.

Jon was the chief sponsor of the bill that created the Big Sky Rx program at the 2005 Montana Legislature. This Gazette op-ed has more information about the program and other Democratic victories on health care at the 2005 session.
